Happy Yoga Hands

Here's a simple solution I discovered for pain and soreness in the hands, particularly at the base of the thumb, which make asanas such as Adho Mukha Svanasana (down-face dog) extremely uncomfortable. It's worked successfully for myself and for my students, and so far there's been no return either of the problem. Our happy hands keep on going:)
